Ready-to-eat, maple syrup can be consumed immediately from the container, alone or as a complement to your meal. It also helps enhance the flavor of foods such as ice cream, fruit, salad dressings, and marinades for meats and fish. Maple syrup easily replaces refined white sugar in coffee and desserts, while it can be used to sweeten foods, using a natural sugar and providing a true maple flavor. Intended for the general public, there are no contraindications for children.

We hereby certify that our maple syrup is pure, unadulterated, and free of any additives, nutritional supplements, flavorings, colorings, or contaminants. It comes from the three maple species also known botanically: Acer saccharum, Acer nigrum, and Acer rubrum. Our products comply with Canadian Food Safety Regulations SOR/2018-108 and the Canadian Food Inspection Agency's Inspection Standards.

Based on our experience and recognized industry standards, the shelf life for products packaged in plastic containers and 25kg plastic buckets is 2 years, and for all other containers, 3 years. Once opened, we recommend keeping the product refrigerated and using it within 6 months. The expiration date does not guarantee that the product will retain the same light transmission. It will gradually decrease with time, heat, and light. Store between 0 and 30°C. Heat and light may decrease light transmission.
The product should be kept refrigerated (0-4°C) after opening.

Maple syrup is considered an exceptional food by our quality system, as it is a bulk agricultural food. As a result, the supplier approval process differs from the standard process and involves full control through inspection and analysis of 100% of purchased maple syrup barrels to validate the quality of the raw material.
